Refund policy

The Glenoir Commitment We meticulously source and craft our pieces to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your collection. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

1. Return Window (14 Days) You have 14 days from the date your order is successfully delivered to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and protective seals intact. Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, personalized/engraved items, and final sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first. To initiate a return, simply email our concierge team at support@glenoir.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return address and instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items Quality is our signature. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at support@glenoir.com with clear photos of the issue. We will swiftly resolve the matter by issuing a free replacement or a full refund, no return shipping required on your end for verified damages.

5. Return Shipping Costs If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as your PayPal account or credit card). Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or PayPal balance again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@glenoir.com.
